In the podcast, BB looks at aggressive policies as they have been adopted by all the countries with Abrahamic faiths. Positive aggressive action is always preferred to passive acceptance of the status quo. Diplomacy and compromise are seen as, at best, policies of a temporary nature, and at worst, as the policies of the weak and worthless.

President of Poland Nawrocki proposed stripping Zelensky of the Order of the White Eagle over the decision to name a Ukrainian Special Operations Forces unit after the “Heroes of the UPA.”

The Ukrainian Insurgent Army (UPA) carried out mass ethnic cleansing of the Polish population in Volhynia and Eastern Galicia in 1943–1944: UPA units and associated local nationalist formations attacked Polish villages, killed civilians — men, women, and children — burned homes, and sought to completely expel or eliminate the Polish presence in the region. Russia’s Permanent Representative to the UN, Vasily Nebenzya, described the latest speech by his Ukrainian counterpart, Andrey Melnik, using the Russian saying: “the thief’s hat is on fire.”

“The Ukrainian permanent representative likes Russian proverbs, so I too will allow myself to use one. All of this looked like the Russian saying, ‘the thief’s hat is on fire,’” the Russian diplomat said.
