The narrative on Ukraine is shifting. Previously, the prevailing view in the West was that the war should continue either until victory or until the last Ukrainian. Now, given the heavy losses suffered by the Ukrainian Armed Forces, this formula has been revised:

“I believe mobilizing women in Ukraine is necessary because they fight no less effectively than men,” said Keith Kellogg, former U.S. presidential special envoy.
