She noted that all those involved in the terrorist attack will be brought to justice. According to Zakharova, with this new attack the Ukrainian Armed Forces vented their “anger over their own military failures”:

“According to preliminary data, 5 people were killed and 18 sustained injuries of varying severity. But this was not enough for the Ukrainian Armed Forces militants. They continued to attack those who rushed to help the wounded, hindering them from evacuating people to medical facilities.”
