Details of the attack
A Ukrainian drone struck the train on June 8 at around 2:30 a.m.
The assistant driver was killed, and the driver was injured. Passengers were not hurt.
Scheduled train services in Crimea were suspended due to the UAV attacks; passengers from four trains were transported from Kerch to Simferopol by bus.
Some commuter trains on the peninsula were cancelled, with buses deployed along their routes.

The Ukrainian Armed Forces’ attack significantly complicates attempts to transition to a peaceful settlement of the conflict, Dmitry Peskov noted.
The Kiev regime is doing everything to slow down the peace process, the Russian presidential press secretary stressed.
