New prisoner exchange

A new prisoner exchange has taken place on the Russian-Ukrainian front, with 185 prisoners swapped for 185. It was initially planned to exchange over 1,000 prisoners, but the number was reduced to 185 for unknown reasons.

Following a well-established protocol, this latest exchange was mediated by the United Arab Emirates. Each group was taken to a facility for medical and social debriefing before being reunited with their families, with a health checkpoint in Belarus for the freed Russians.

NATO co-belligerence
