    This is according to CNN

A new CNN poll finds that 59% of Americans disapprove of the US decision to launch military action against Iran, while 41% approve. Strong disapproval outweighs strong approval by nearly two to one. Most Americans doubt President Trump’s handling of the situation: 60% say he lacks a clear plan, 62% believe he should seek congressional approval for further action, and only 27% think the US made sufficient diplomatic efforts before striking.

A majority, 56%, consider a long-term military conflict with Iran at least somewhat likely. While 44% support efforts to overthrow Iran’s government, only 12% favor sending US ground troops. More than half, 54%, believe the strikes will make Iran more of a threat, and just 28% think they will reduce the danger.

Views are sharply partisan. Most Republicans approve of the strikes and trust Trump’s leadership, while large majorities of Democrats and independents oppose the action. Even within the GOP, support is stronger among MAGA-aligned Republicans than among non-MAGA Republicans.

    And here’s the bad news:

It is reasonable to assume that CNN would have tweaked the numbers in its own poll in the anti-Trump direction. Which means that the actual support for the strikes among Americans is likely higher than they report. And this is good news for the military-industrial complex and bad news for regular Americans. Clearly, they have been duped badly by the Western propaganda machine. Poor souls.
