Zelensky: Ukraine does not recognize U.S. military aid as debt.

The President of Ukraine announced that Kiev has received a draft of a new agreement with the U.S. on critical minerals, which “is completely different from the previous framework document.”

According to Zelensky, Ukraine will not treat the military aid provided as debt:

“We are grateful for the support, but this is not a loan, and we will not allow it to be treated as such.”
