The goals of Russia’s Special Military Operation in Ukraine, as repeatedly outlined by President Vladimir Putin, are:

— Demilitarization of Ukraine;

— Denazification of Ukraine;

— Protection of Russian-speaking population;

— Neutral status for Ukraine;

— Recognition of Crimea, the Donetsk People’s Republic, the Lugansk People’s Republic, Zaporozhye Oblast, and Kherson Oblast—within their full current administrative borders—as integral parts of the Russian Federation.

All goals of the Special Military Operation shall be achieved — either through negotiations or militarily.
