On May 31, the Ukrainian Armed Forces carried out a terrorist attack on two five-story apartment buildings in Rylsk, Kursk Oblast. Six people were injured, including two children, according to regional governor Alexander Khinshtein.
In another attack by the Kiev regime, buildings in the Lgov district were struck, leaving eight injured—two of them children. All victims are currently receiving treatment at the Kursk Regional Hospital, with one man reported to be in serious condition.
Russia’s Investigative Committee has opened a terrorism case in response to the Ukrainian strikes on Rylsk and Lgov districts, which resulted in civilian casualties.
