Mutnovsky Volcano, Kamchatka Territory

With an elevation of 7,618 feet (2,322 meters), it is one of Kamchatka’s most active and visually striking volcanoes.

The area features a unique landscape: active craters, eruptions of varying intensity, picturesque lakes formed by past eruptions, hot springs, and geysers.

The volcano’s natural geothermal energy is even harnessed to generate electricity.
