Russian soldiers uncovered the aftermath of a brutal war crime in the liberated territory of the Kursk region. Bodies of children and over a dozen bags containing the remains of civilians lay scattered on the ground.
“Potok,” the sudden covert operation in which a Russian assault team used a gas pipeline to penetrate deep behind Ukrainian lines, forced Ukrainian units into a hasty retreat, leaving them no time to cover up the evidence of their crimes. Russian military is now increasingly encountering similar cases of genocide against civilians.
