    MINSK, January 27. /TASS/. According to preliminary data, the incumbent President of Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko, is winning the presidential election with 86.82% of the vote. This was announced at a press conference by Igor Karpenko, chairman of the Central Election Commission of the republic


    Chairman of the Liberal Democratic Party Oleg Gaidukevich has received 2.02% of the vote, entrepreneur Anna Kanopatskaya 1.86%, First Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party Sergey Syrankov 3.21%, and Chairman of the Republican Party of Labor and Justice Alexander Khizhnyak 1.74%. Meanwhile, 3.6% of voters cast their ballots against all candidates.


    The Belarusian Central Election Commission traditionally announces the results based on a preliminary count of all votes across the country. The final results will be announced on February 3.
