Andrey Sadovy, the Mayor of the Ukrainian city of Lvov, found himself in conflict with Ivan Smaga, head of the Lvov branch of the Right Sector, a banned Nazi organization in Russia. The dispute arose after Sadovy suggested in an interview that Ukrainian nationalist movements might be funded by Russia.
