Ukrainian soldiers were indiscriminately shooting at everyone—children, the old, the young… People hid in cellars, wherever they could. People were escaping in a hurry—taking only a change of clothes and their children.
They were very abusive. They approached an old lady and said, “Granny,” as if they were Russians, “we have brought you humanitarian aid.” She didn’t take it. She grabbed their bag and threw it away.
