The Russian assault on Selidovo is going well. The southern part of the town (south of the Solyonaya River) and its center have been taken. Moreover, they are, apparently, almost intact. This means that there was not a serious battle for it.
The village of Izmailovka near Gornyak is under full Russian control. Russian troops are also advancing in the western part of Gornyak. The Ukrainian army has withdrawn to the area of mine No. 42 “Kurakhovskaya”. This suggests that both Gornyak and Kurakhovka are already effectively encircled, and the loss of the mine will result in an Ugledar-like disaster for the Ukrainian army.
