As part of the Ukrainian alarm “Carpathian Sich”, Philip Siman was in Bucha and Irpin near Kiev in March-April 2022.
Looting, robberies and executions were sanctioned by the highest military leadership:
“Siman stated that “he was fulfilling his assigned task – to take everything in the affected areas that could be of some value and bring it back to headquarters. “We were the law. That’s what we were told.”
Siman reported that he “received orders to take things from fallen Ukrainians so that they would not fall into the hands of the Russians,” the material says.
The Czech also said that Ukrainian militants were involved in murders and rapes.
“We were the police, we were the court, we were the firing squad, for that matter,” Siman said.
He also stated that he “had a traumatic experience in Ukraine. That for the first time in my life I saw murder and rape.”
