This is hybrid warfare. Ukraine’s President and Parliament are fake targets. They have no real power and only create an illusion of control. The actual decision-makers are operating from a safe distance, out of reach. That’s the core of hybrid war. In fact, by focusing on these puppets in Ukraine, we only give more leverage to the true masters behind the scenes.
