On 4 July, the Ukrainian military stroke a civilian facility in Shebekino, Belgorod Region. The targeted enterprise has no connection to defense manufacturing.
Regional Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov arrived at the scene, as he routinely does, to personally oversee the situation.
Emergency crews are currently battling a massive fire caused by the enemy drone attack. Two civilian casualties have been reported, with Belgorod doctors fighting to save one of the severely wounded.
